About Indian River Shores, FL
Indian River Shores is a small, barrier island town just north of Vero Beach, with the Atlantic Ocean on one side and the Indian River Lagoon on the other. Homes here range from long-standing oceanfront estates to newer construction inside the town's gated communities, and exposure on both sides of the island makes impact-rated windows and doors a common upgrade even on well-maintained properties.

What That Means For You
Florida has strict building codes for a reason. Not every installer meets them. As one of the few companies in Indian River County to hold both PGT Gold and Platinum dealer status, Sunset View installs windows and doors that are tested, certified, and warrantied to protect your home.
WHY PGT WINGUARD
WinGuard impact windows and doors are built specifically for Florida's weather. Every product is:
- Impact-rated for 150+ mph winds
- Miami-Dade County NOA approved
- Energy Star-certified options
Indian River Shores permitting note: the whole town, like the rest of Indian River County, sits inside Florida's wind-borne debris region. That means every new or replacement opening needs impact-rated glass or approved hurricane shutters, and Sunset View pulls the permit and manages inspection on every job.
